ENZYBLEND® - DIGESTIVE ENZYME BLEND

The enzymes that make up the Enzyblend® blend are derived from maltodextrins fermented through Aspergillus fungus spores. This production process is a peculiarity compared to other types of enzymes, such as animal and vegetable enzymes.

Enzyblend® enzymes have their maximum functional activity at temperatures typical of the human body (between 30° and 40° C), as opposed to the temperatures at which animal enzymes (between 50° and 60° C) and plant enzymes (between 20° and 30°) reach their highest activity.

Furthermore, Enzyblend® works indifferently in environments ranging from pH 3.0 to 9.0, i.e. throughout the gastrointestinal tract (whereas plant enzymes work only in the acidic pH of the stomach and animal enzymes are active essentially in an alkaline pH).
